Join us for our very first Food & Drink Pairing at Findlay Brewing Company, 6 - 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30! We are excited to join forces with our friends at Gillig Winery. This way, you have the option of local craft beers OR locally-made wines paired with each course. You will also enjoy a five-course meal prepared by chef Renz Salanga and each course will be strategically paired deliciously with one of our craft beers and Gillig Winery’s wine.

The Food & Drink Pairing is $45/person. Your admission includes:

• (5) Five-course meal prepared by chef Renz Salanga.

• (5) Five tastings of Findlay-made craft beer OR wine served with each course - your choice! At the start of each course, beer will be served in 5 oz. tastings and wine will be served in 2 oz. tastings.

• Table service (our regular food menu will not be available, however, our servers are happy to serve you additional drinks from the bar. Please note: additional drinks and gratuity is not included in your admission).

• An introduction of the craft beers/wines you will be trying during each course right from the owners of Findlay Brewing Co. and Gillig Winery.
