For funesies, we collaborated with AI language model ChatGPT to create a new and unique beer. Thirsty Narwhal Pale Ale, brewed with a blend of Citra hops, will be tapped at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 16.

We’re excited to be one of the first breweries in the country and first in Ohio to release an AI beer collab. We brewed Thirsty Narwhal on National Beer Day and now it’s time to tap it just in time to celebrate American Craft Beer Week (May 15-21).

Thirsty Narwhal Pale Ale boasts a bright and fruity aroma with notes of tropical fruit and citrus balanced by a smooth malt backbone. This one-of-a-kind beer was created with the help of ChatGPT's AI language model, which provided the recipe, name, description, and even helped write our news release. Artificial intelligence also helped bring Chat GPT’s Thirsty Narwhal vision to life with an adorable mascot.
