Come get your cardio session in at our first POUND & Pour event on Saturday, June 8 at 9:45 a.m. led by instructor Ashlee Phillips. No experience necessary! Note: please bring a yoga mat with you. Sticks will be provided!
POUND & Pour is $20 to participate and it includes a pint of refreshing FBC beer at the end of the session. Pre-registration is required as we have limited space and equipment available!

What is POUND?
Inspired by playing the drums, POUND is essentially a cardio jam session designed for all fitness levels. Participants use lightly weighted drumsticks engineered for exercising. Come let loose, get energized, tone up and rock out with us! Each workout is modifiable and welcoming to all ages and abilities!
